A top West Coast Am law firm is seeking an associate for its thriving Land Use practice in San Diego. This is a staff attorney position and requires at least 3 years of land use experience and experience representing developers and property owners in land use matters before local jurisdictions in the San Diego area. Must be familiar with the CEQA, general plans, specific plans, zoning law and other state, federal laws. Prior experience negotiating and drafting agreements with public agencies is helpful.
