Senior Debt Finance Counsel or Partner

A boutique corporate law firm in New York, NY, has asked Kinney Recruiting for assistance on a search for a senior finance counsel or partner. The ideal candidate would have at least eight (8) years of large law firm experience working on private credit and asset-based finance transactions. This role would appeal to an attorney with interest in impact investing and development finance. Prior experience in DFI or impact funds would be highly beneficial but not required. The firm has a 1400 billable hour expectation for all attorneys. Compensation is variable based on the individual attorney's experience. A good faith estimate of the compensation range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000 base salary with quarterly bonuses.
