Senior Corporate and ECVC Counsel / Partner

Kinney Recruiting is working closely with a boutique corporate law firm in New York, NY, on a search for a counsel- or partner-level corporate lawyer. The attorneys at this firm are all former lawyers from large law firms who decided their clients would be better served by a smaller, more nimble firm. As such, the work is strategic and often highly bespoke, sitting at the intersection of private capital, entrepreneurial company representation, and sophisticated investor relationships. We are interested in speaking with corporate lawyers with at least seven (7) years of large or medium-sized law firm experience with strong technical training, representing emerging companies in venture capital fundraising. The right candidate brings commercial judgment and a genuine interest in building a practice within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
