Law school costs a pretty penny, and these days, most graduates are leaving campus with a degree and up to six figures of debt-financed debt in hand. One lucky pre-law student won’t have any law school loans to worry about if her mother’s plans work out as expected.
Meet Marcela Alonso. She’s been raking in big bucks on OnlyFans since the pandemic shutdowns started — about $20,000 a month — but lately, she’s been working extra hard with her daughter’s legal aspirations in mind. The Daily Beast has the details on Alonso’s quest to conquer law school debt:
“I’ve had to go full-force with my OnlyFans to not only pay my bills, but to take really good care of my eldest,” says Alonso. “When she gets into law school, I want her to feel free to go to any school she wants.”
It’s a tribute, she says, to her late father. “My daughter is studying for the LSATs, and I lost my father about two years ago, and her goal is to be able to go to law school and I really want to be able to pay for that and don’t want her to encounter any debt,” she shares. “I want to be able to pay off all her loans and cushion her. It’s what my father would have wanted.”

Alonso, who got into sex work at the age of 18, charges $100 per 20-minute call on OnlyFans, and her thousands of subscribers pay $4.55 a month for access to her daily posts. While saving for law school, she’s working to pay off her daughter’s $46,000 college debt but is hopeful that the White House will give her a hand in the meantime. “We’re waiting on Biden,” she said.
For all of her hard work, Alonso says doesn’t mind doing double duty shifts on OnlyFans during these difficult times. “I have an adult child that’s going to be going to law school,” she said. “I’m so excited to support her.”
