This would be a big accomplishment for both firms. Thompson & Knight has always punched above its weight in quality and still does and is highly sought after.

The combined firm would have nearly 1,600 lawyers across 30 offices, making it one of the largest law firms in the country. The potential merger is one of the largest announced in 2021 yet.
