Everyone gets a cut of the bonus cash at this firm.
Biglaw firms are releasing news about their year-end and special bonuses at a rapid-fire pace. It’s Friday, after all, and what better time to let your attorneys know that their bank accounts will soon be flush with cash?
The latest firm to make a bonus announcement is Kramer Levin. After bringing in $390,000,000 gross revenue in 2020, the firm came in at No. 98 in the most recent Am Law 100 ranking. Kramer Levin is matching the prevailing market scale for bonuses. Check it out:

Not to worry, first-years! The firm is handing out prorated $15K bonuses for the Class of 2021, it’s just not listed here in the firm’s bonus table. Special counsel at will also be getting a cut of the firm’s bonuses, in amounts up to $120,000, as well as a special bonus of up to $23,000.
Bonus money will land in attorneys’ accounts on February 15, 2022. Congrats!
