SELENDY GAY ELSBERG — MEMO — 2022 SALARY INCREASE

We appreciate the outstanding work our associates do on our clients’ most challenging matters.

In recognition of your contributions and dedication, we have, since inception, consistently paid our associates at levels that have surpassed Big Law.  While other, larger firms continue to jostle for a competitive edge with one another, we remain confident in our continued financial success and commitment to compensating our associates at the very top of the market.

We know that 2022 will be another busy and exciting year for us, and today we are pleased to announce that we will be increasing associate salaries, as follows, effective as of January 1, 2022.  These increases, along with a retroactive payment, will be reflected in your March 15th paychecks:

Class Salary
2021 $215,000
2020 $225,000
2019 $250,000
2018 $293,500
2017 $335,000
2016 $360,500
2015 $381,000
2014 $396,500

With appreciation,

The partnership of Selendy Gay Elsberg
