ROPES & GRAY — MEMO — 2022 SALARY INCREASE
We are pleased to announce that we are again raising the 2022 annual full-time base salaries for partnership-track associates in good standing on the U.S. pay scale to the new scale listed below at each class year. This increase will be seen in March paychecks, retroactive to January 1, 2022.
As always, base salaries will be prorated to reflect reduced schedules and partial years. Any adjustments to counsel and career attorney compensation will be determined and communicated separately.
On behalf of the partnership, we are grateful for your many contributions, hard work and dedication.
Julie and David
