George Conway — the right-leaning former Wachtell partner — has become better known in recent years as a Republican never-Trump standard bearer than for his lawyering. Speaking of “former,” he’s also the former spouse of Kellyanne Conway, noted advisor to Donald Trump. He’s back doing Lincoln Project business just in time for the 2024 election, sounding the alarm — again — about Trump.
Oh, and he’s just trolling the former president for funsies.

He announced on social media yesterday that he bought a billboard emblazoned with the slogan “Vote For Joe Not The Psycho.” And it’s located riiiight where it will annoy the former president the most — near Mar-a-Lago.

He told MSNBC’s Chris Hayes exactly what we all assume — he got the billboard where he thinks it’ll get the maximum views by Trump.

“I thought about putting it up at the Holland Tunnel or the Lincoln Tunnel but it turns out he’s not going to Bedminster this summer, some reporters tell me, because the campaign is going to be run out of an office near West Palm Beach Airport,” he said.
Conway continued, “So, this was the perfect location. And I hope he sees it and I hope it amuses him as much as it amuses me.” Well, it definitely amuses us.
