Our client, a NATIONAL, FORTUNE 500 COMPANY, and leader in financial, title insurance and escrow services, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to for an in-house business development opportunity to expand its footprint across the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a high-impact role for a business-minded attorney who thrives on relationship-building, enjoys autonomy, and wants to leverage legal credibility to drive meaningful commercial real estate transactions with law firms and lenders in the Bay area.

Candidate qualifications are as follows:
• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing
• 3+ years of substantive experience
• Experience as a billing, originations, relationship, attorney or in a role requiring active client development
• Commercial real estate or commercial lending experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated business development or sales aptitude with a client-facing mindset
• Existing relationships within the legal or lending community are a plus
