Finance Banking Associate

A leading global law firm is seeking associates across all class years to join its top-ranked Los Angeles Banking practice. This is traditional lender-side work: you'll represent money-center and regional banks and other institutional lenders as agent and lead arranger on syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, taking on substantive deal responsibility and direct client contact far earlier than is typical at firms of comparable scale, while working alongside a deep bench of nationally recognized partners and drawing on the resources of a truly global platform. We're looking for lawyers with strong bank lending or leveraged finance experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the judgment to run deal points independently.
