Mid to Senior-Level Corporate M&A Associate

Kinney Recruiting has been asked by the hiring partner of a prominent biglaw firm, and a longtime Kinney Recruiting client, to conduct a search for a mid to senior-level corporate associate for the firm's Philadelphia or New York offices. This practice group represents buyers and sellers on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions transactions within the US and internationally. While the practice is high-end, associates are given meaningful client-facing responsibilities starting in the mid-level years. The team is committed to fostering associate growth and takes mentorship seriously. Note that this is a confidential and unposted search. We are interested in speaking with attorneys with the following qualifications: A JD from a US-ranked law school Admission to the New York or Pennsylvania bar Hands on drafting and negotiating experience for complex M&A and private equity transactions Team-driven attittude The firm compensates associates on the New York "biglaw" market scale.
