Associate Bonus Watch: A Litigation Powerhouse Announces
Some associates are pleased, but others don't like the firm's expanding marketing requirement.
QUINN EMANUEL URQUHART & SULLIVAN — 2016 ASSOCIATE BONUS MATRIX
The firm will be paying 2016 bonuses tomorrow. Most counsel and associates will receive bonuses in line with the matrix below. People who billed 1900 hours or more, but fewer than 2100 hours, will receive less. Partial year adjustments were made for those who started in 2016, worked part time, or took a leave of absence; and discretionary adjustments were made in some cases. The partners would like to thank you for the many contributions you made to the firm this year, and to wish you and your families a very happy holiday.
