On behalf of the partnership, I am pleased to announce that effective July 1, all first-year associate salaries will increase to $205,000. Also, many other lawyers, consultants, and other professionals will also receive salary increases, based on merit and tenure. We want adjustments in our compensation model to benefit professionals at all levels of the organization.
