On behalf of the partners of the Firm, I would like to announce that associates in good standing will receive year-end bonuses as outlined below. In addition, those associates in the Class of 2020 and more senior will receive a special one-time bonus payment this year in recognition of your extraordinary efforts.

Bonuses for counsel and other attorneys will be determined on an individual basis and communicated separately. Bonuses will be paid on December 30, 2021. Associates and counsel who were on leave, worked part-time during any part of this year, or who were not employed by the Firm for the entire year, will be eligible for a pro-rated bonus.
