This Brand New Firm Hasn't Even Reached Its One-Year Birthday And It's Offering Cravath Bonuses To Associates

Small firm, big bonuses. Congratulations!

Just because a firm is less than a year old doesn’t mean that it can’t compete with Biglaw. Take, for example, the boutique firm Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes. Started by a group of former Kasowitz Benson attorneys and focused on bankruptcy and restructuring, white-collar litigation and investigations, and general commercial litigation, the firm threw open its doors in February 2021, and has already matched the latest Biglaw salary scale. Now, the firm is offering up Biglaw bonuses to its associates.

Here’s what the bonus scale looks like at Glenn Agre:

Associates at the firm are eligible to receive “premium” bonuses above the amounts listed above based on “extraordinary dedication and/or performance.” Based on one associate’s account of these bonuses, we think it’s fair to say that everyone at the firm is excited as can be: “It’s a glorious time!”

Bonuses will be paid out on December 17 to all associates in good standing. Congratulations to Glenn Agre on a banner first year!

Remember everyone, we depend on your tips to stay on top of important bonus updates, so when your firm matches, please text us (646-820-8477) or email us (subject line: “[Firm Name] Matches”). Please include the memo if available. You can take a photo of the memo and send it via text or email if you don’t want to forward the original PDF or Word file.
