ALLEN & OVERY — MEMO — 2022 YEAR-END BONUSES
We are pleased to announce the following year-end bonus amounts for associates who have performed in accordance with firm expectations and at their experience level in accordance with the following schedule:

| 2015+ | $115,000 |
Bonus awards and any salary changes for more senior associates and counsel will be separately communicated.
We anticipate that bonuses will be paid by January 16, 2023 and will be subject to the usual pro-rations for part-time schedules, unpaid leaves of absence, and those that started in 2022.
