Prior COVID Illness Probably Won't Get You Out Of Your Law Firm's Vaccine Mandate

If you've been sick from COVID, get vaccinated as soon as your doctor says it's okay.

I haven’t heard any say an exception to the mandate is if you’ve had COVID. Not one has said that to me.

Those vaccine accomodations include exclusions for employee health reasons and their sincerely held religious beliefs. Prior COVID infections are not a common or widely accepted reason to be exempted from vaccine requirements.
